Within 14 days of buying, ask Paddle through the link in its receipt email, or at paddle.net. You can also write to us at support@caffeinatedcode.co, and we’ll pass it on.
How Paddle decides
Paddle looks at each request under its refund policy, and refunds to the way you paid. It doesn’t refund where there’s evidence of fraud or refund abuse.
Your rights
If you’re a consumer in the EU, the UK or another country with a right to withdraw, the law gives you 14 days to cancel a purchase. For a download, that right ends once the download begins, if you agreed to that at checkout. Nothing here takes away a right the law gives you.
After a refund
A refunded purchase no longer unlocks Desks. It pauses, as it does after the trial, once the trial’s 14 days are over, and keeps your settings, desks and layouts.
